We provide some of the "hand-holding" through the overseas property buying process.

For our clients this service might consist of:

• acting as a sounding board on the individual markets
• facilitating the appropriate investment decision, for each individual (given their circumstances, aspirations and risk profile)
• providing the names of banks who lend to foreign nationals and/or introductions to a UK-based mortgage broker
• introduction to a rental/management agent in chosen market
• supplying the names of firms who provide relevant legal advice
• pointing towards translators (where appropriate)

We are a professional agent and are overseas members of the professional body: National Association of Estate Agents, the NAEA

Our investment opportunities range from under £50,000 (e.g. a studio apartment in Bulgaria) to larger property investment opportunities for, say a prime site in a city centre, such as Warsaw in Poland, or a seaside holiday Villa in Cyprus.

A “venture” by its very nature means an undertaking that involves balancing the rewards, or potential profit, with the risks. We are independent and as such are able to offer a broad range of properties to suit a range of risk profiles. We are not tied to offering just those properties of a sister, or parent company. We are also only happy dealing with reputable developers and agents, since we believe that is the way you will want to do business.

And we would like to do business with you more than once, if you want to invest again. So we want you to make the "right" property investment or property venture decision.

We offer a practical, reliable service to the novice and more experienced investor, whether someone is looking for a buy-to-let property abroad, build up an investment portfolio, possibly to supplement pension provision, or buy a second home. For this service, we charge a fee of 2-3% of the value of the property being purchased.
