Introduction - 2010 already ?
Firstly a Joyous and prosperous New 2010 to you all.
It's snowing and the weather is distracting us from economic and property news for a bit. But let's reflect on some positive news. This time last year £-Stirling was weaker than today and the financial mortgage squeeze seemed a bit worse. We are still awash with "Experts" forecasting the year and decade ahead.
