Spain - so is there good news emerging?
One of the developers Property Venture works with on the Costa de Almeria has had a good 2009 for property sales, so much so that they are now starting to ease their prices up by 2-3%, clawing back some of the deep discounts on offer during 2009. • Access was a challenge, as it was by foot at first and the last bit of track was nearly insurpassable in winter
  • Keeping the dream going when sat all alone, damp, under a leaking roof for a whole winter!" Read more
