people buy in.
This month we feature:
- New concept - try before you buy!
- Avoid the pitfalls of buying abroad?
- Spanish property market - in doldrums or opportunity phase?
- What you should know about investing in, and renting, Overseas Property
Introduction - avoid the pitfalls This month I was asked to contribute to 2 things: an article and a discussion about how to avoid some of the pitfalls, buyers can come across in buy-to-let
abroad. It seems to be a topic worthy of focus. So in this newsletter
I feature an article on just this subject, as well as some property
packages that minimise risk.

that holiday home in the Sun are looking for bargains...Some are wary
though, given what has happened in the housing market in many parts of
the World, especially when it comes to buying "yet-to-be-built"
properties. Well one way to reduce risk is to buy, not only
ready-built, but turnkey ready...
