Entering the apartments from the north side staircase will give an immediate panorama of the whole living and dining area, plus a view straight through the picture windows to the sea. 

Excellent storage facilities with a cupboard just inside the front door which will keep the practicalities of a vacuum cleaner, ironing board and also still have space to store your terrace tables and chairs when not in use.  A further island storage unit helps to break up the space and is fitted on one side to take your coats and footwear, whilst the other side will swallow up the suitcases of you and your guests.

The main living space includes areas for sitting, dining and for a bar to the kitchen, all with great views to the south.  It is fitted with a powerful air conditioner offering full climate control for the whole living space.  Almost the full width of the room opens out through floor-to-ceiling patio doors onto the main terrace, which at 12.3 square metres (120 square feet) is a real outdoor room.

As an option it would be possible to close off the living areas with two doors, so as to give additional privacy to the separate bathroom, bedroom/office and second master bedroom.  This solution might appeal particularly to a family who wished to have an area for the children to head towards bed whilst they and their guests enjoyed the evening in the living room and on the main terrace.

The first master bedroom is even larger, at 3.2 x 4.4 metres (10’6” x 14’5”), also has its en-suite bathroom, and has double patio doors to its private terrace with both side and south-facing views.  And it is just a couple of steps from the bedroom to the main terrace to enjoy your morning coffee in the sun, with the sea spread out before you.

The penthouse has sloping ceilings, dropping down to around 1.7 metres (5’6”) at the edge of the guest bedroom/office and first master bedroom, and rising to around 4.5 metres (almost 15’) at its peak, giving a massive sense of space to the living, dining and kitchen areas, and creating the opportunity for a gallery above the whole bedroom area, to be used as your imagination chooses.
