Rent and management of overseas property

At Property Venture we understand that a number of investors will be buying property for an investment, either on a short term or long term basis. Many will want to ensure their investment is being leveraged for the highest possible returns, or others may well want to invest in a second home and enjoy a bit of additional income.

This could mean buying a property solely on a buy-to-let basis, with a need to find long term tenants and have the property managed by a managing agent, or letting on an ad hoc basis during specific months of the year with a more "light-touch" approach to managing the property.
