I’m Louise Reynolds, a landlord, investor, small scale developer. I blend hands-on property know-how with over 20 years of high-level business experience to give you clear, practical guidance that works in the real world.
Whether you’re starting out or growing your portfolio, I’ll help you invest with clarity, confidence, and a plan that fits your goals. This might mean working with you to support your property investing in a consultancy or mentoring capacity or doing the legwork for you as part of my bespoke sourcing service.
I provide quality homes for people and businesses and help others make similar, smart, workable, investment decisions.

About me
I’m Louise Reynolds a Surrey-based landlord, investor and small-scale developer.
Naturally risk-averse myself, I’ve built proven strategies to minimise risk, overcome fear, and move forward with confidence – both in my own investments and in those of my clients.
I help time-strapped, professionals and business owners make smart, informed property and wealth-building decisions that suit your goals, lifestyle, and appetite for risk.
Before stepping into property in 2007, I spent over two decades in marketing and sales roles in the consumer goods and service industries, as well as working with global brands as a Management Consultant.
When I started my business Property Venture® in 2007 I wanted to achieve two things:
- Kick-start my own and my husband’s property investing
- help others do the same with the network I created and what I’ve put into practice along the way.

Rebecca Ann is a highly skilled and dedicated coach who specialises in helping women unlock their full potential. With her ability to get to the heart of the matter, and effect real change fast, Rebecca has become a trusted advisor and mentor to countless women seeking personal and professional growth.
Rebecca’s ability to listen deeply, ask thought-provoking questions, and provide guidance that is both practical and inspiring sets her apart from others. She has a keen intuition that allows her to identify patterns and beliefs that may be holding her clients back.
Rebecca understands the unique challenges that women often face in a society that can be limiting and demanding. She is dedicated to challenging societal norms and empowering women to embrace their true potential, regardless of external expectations, and move forward with confidence.
This has driven her to create a space dedicated to bringing together ambitious female leaders, from a diverse range of backgrounds and industries. In addition to her coaching practice, Rebecca is a sought-after speaker and workshop facilitator. She regularly delivers impactful talks and interactive workshops on topics such as confidence-building, resilience, and effective communication. Her engaging and authentic style has made her a favourite among audiences, leaving a lasting impact on those she encounters.
Prior to this, Rebecca practised as a lawyer, spending a number of years in a top Legal 500 firm, before working as in-house counsel. Rebecca also worked for the UK Government, where her methodology of delivering initiatives including stakeholder management was converted into best practice nationwide. Wherever Rebecca has worked she has always been a strong advocate for equality, diversity and inclusion.
Rebecca resides in London and works with clients internationally. She enjoys good food and good company, and has a particular love of a rooftop bar coupled with a sunset and a negroni in hand! She also has a shoe collection which would be the envy of even Carrie Bradshaw!
