I work through a tried-and-tested process with you to agree the budget and criteria for your investment property:

We start with an in-depth Needs Assessment meeting to clarify your goals
The Property Search starts once the deliverables have been clarified and agreed
The assignment involves agent, portal and Proptech tools, as well as conversations with relevant professionals to create a list of target properties to view.
Once a shortlist of candidate investment properties is arrived at, the optimum deal is negotiated. This means you can start building your wealth quickly, in a well-informed way, with less hassle and time pressures.

I help fledgling property investors make successful property investing choices by starting with you as a person. You may start out feeling unconfident, confused by all the strategies out there or unsure why you haven’t made more progress.

You come away ready to start building your property wealth with a concrete, practical action plan, to turn your goals into reality.

I work with you to understand what you enjoy, what you are good at and what your risk profile is. Then we take a look at what strategic property options there are and marry up the opportunities in the marketplace with what works for you.

We identify where risk lies, and the tools and techniques you can use as part of Due Diligence to de-risk what you plan to do, which will make your investing as safe as possible for you.
