I wanted to create a company, known for providing down-to-earth, common-sense advice and help. I thought I could bring something different to the property world, which at that time, seemed very product-push and transactional based. I felt I had a different approach, more consultative in style and relationship oriented. It was that, I wanted to bring to the property world.
